Territory Purchasing Process Support

In this role you are responsible for supporting the indirect purchasing process in the part of the European territory and controlling the process of Indirect purchasing by report creation, analyses, and implementation of the correction actions.
As Territory Process Support, you become part of the Global Procurement team EMEA and you report to the Process Support Manager EMEA.
You fulfill data clean-desk policy and guide internal customers through the purchasing process and ensure that this process meets all the requirements and agreements. Furthermore you will be instructing new users about the purchasing process and procedures and give trainings, instructions, and workshops to the stakeholders according to need.
You ensure that (process) agreements are met and make adjustments in case of deviations. Overall you ensure the maintaining the authorization matrix in accordance with the established policy and implementing changes in the SAP system. And you will also be continuously working on the improvements for the processes and system and taking participation in internal projects.
To be successful in this role you have a higher education combined with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience (preferred operational purchasing experience). You are proficient in working with Microsoft Excel and have knowledge of SAP MM. Other requirements are:
- Fluent English language is mandatory (oral and written);
- Knowledge of processes within supply chain, purchasing and/or production;
- High analytical skills and problem-solving skills;
- Experience working in international teams;
- Project management skills;
- Ability of working on active change management and adapt to it;
- Process- and global business-orientation, proactivity and effectiveness.
